Office Manager

The Office Manager is a central role and acts as the liaison and dispatcher for day-to-day inter-office activity. The office will become your playground, including the environment and aesthetics, to help make it a more inviting place for everyone. We seek longevity in this role, as you will immerse yourself in many aspects of the business.

You’ll be responsible for working in concert with the entire team, including the Owner, Sales & Designers, and Technicians to ensure the customer experience is held to the highest standard.

Office Manager

Position Details:

  • Full-time or part-time, year-round

Job Description:

  • Own, operate, and optimize our internal CRM system and calendar
  • Light accounting duties including bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
  • Answer phone calls or emails to help process requests relating to walk-ins, clients or sales, office deliveries, vendors, and purveyors
  • Manage and direct internal technology including office phones, IT services, internet services, cell phones, or other technology, devices, and subscriptions
  • Manage or order office supplies or equipment
  • Assist the Owner in internal process development and optimization
  • Other creative duties include client thank-yous and/or holiday cards
  • Interest and ability to assist in company marketing activities
  • Near-term growth opportunities include, but are not limited to more strategic responsibilities in accounting, bookkeeping, or human resources
  • Other duties as assigned by the Owner


  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in creative, evolving environments
  • Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative assistant principals
  • Experience with modern technology and software including Microsoft Office, and online software.
  • Top-notch time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail in verbal and written communication
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with an internal drive to succeed
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time (rare, but as needed to help keep the team efficient)
  • Access to a reliable means of transportation to work
